On Friday, February 17th, 2017 Ms.Asiya’s Grade 1 and Ms.Mantovan’s 2 class visited the Royal Ontario Museum. We had a wonderful opportunity to go on a guided tour of the dinosaur exhibit in which students experienced the world’s first display of Futalognkosaurus, a giant long-necked sauropod. One of the biggest animals to have ever walked the earth, he stretches 110 feet long and weighed as much as ten elephants. The guided tour had the students engaging in discussions and learn many new facts on this unforgettable field trip!
