Island Breeze Days

Island Breeze Days

Aloha!  What a great way to remember summer during a cold winter day!  At Nile Academy, Ms.Aral and Ms.Zeynep Hoca organized Island Breeze days at lunch time during the cold Canadian winter, with the catchy phrase: Real flavour. Real fruit. A Vacation in Every Bite!

Students had the first hand experience of trying Hollywood style, real fruit ice cream sorbet in its own natural shell.  As students tasted invigorating succulent flavours, such as Mango-Orange, Coconut, Pineapple and Lemon, they had the chance to have fun and relax to Hawaiian music.

In addition, student also indulged in Aral Hoca’s picture-like home made cupcakes, decorated with colourful butter cream frosting and eye catching confetti, while Zeynep Hoca brewed fresh organic Columbian and Hazelnut coffee from the Amazon Rain Forest. Yummy! Did it ever taste and smell good everywhere!

Utmost importantly, while students were enjoying exotic real fruit sorbet from the palm islands of the Indian Ocean, they were also there for a good cause.  By purchasing Island Way sorbet, the students were supporting the entrepreneurs and the local fruit farmers across the Mozambique and the Wild Coast Shores of South Africa.
