This year, the Robotics competition took place at UOIT (University Of Ontario Institute Of Technology). According to previous
years, the 2011 contest appeared more competitive than ever.
The competition is designed so that each team will devise an autonomous robot that will race the opposition around a given track.
The rules were very simple: No remote control and NO interference—that’s why once you put your special designed
monster in the arena, you have to eliminate your opponent in 120 seconds by pushing into a hole or tackling out of
range .
The Nile Academy Robotics team Members were UygarKaan Celenk-Team Captain 2.Yunus Emre Timurtas . This year’s team has improved a lot and it achieved 13th place out of 42 schools.
